Feedback System & Policy

Transforming Vision into Action through Collaborative Feedback

Institutional Vision & Mission Translation

The principal duty of the Fateh Group of Institutions (FGI), Rampura Phool, is to effectively convert its vision and purpose statements into concrete advantages and prospects for its students. The institute aims to address difficulties and dangers in the educational process by using the combined strengths of all stakeholders.

Our objective is to enable societal members to strategically confront global challenges through academic, technical, psychological, and cultural proficiency. FGI serves as a "beacon light" for the region by delivering appropriate education, training, and research to meet the goals of future generations.

Organised Evaluation & Teaching Methodology

FGI has implemented a systematic feedback framework that includes academic partners and stakeholders to guarantee high-quality pedagogy. This technique emphasises three essential domains:

Teaching-Learning Process (TLP)

Continuous improvement of instructional methods and student engagement strategies.

Research & Development (R&D)

Promoting innovation and research activities among faculty and students.

Technical & Professional Services

Industry collaboration and professional consulting for skill development.

Periodic feedback from diverse stakeholders enhances academic, professional, and technological domains, incentivising both students and staff to elevate performance. Feedback is utilised by Department Heads, Principal, Director, and upper management to implement corrective actions.
