Established in accordance with UGC Guidelines, the EOC recognizes India's diverse social fabric and systematically works to dismantle barriers faced by marginalized groups. Our comprehensive framework ensures equal opportunities for Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), women, Other Backward Classes (non-creamy layer), minorities, and persons with disabilities.

Advisory Committee
The EOC operates under the guidance of an Advisory Committee chaired by the Principal, with three additional members including the appointed Adviser. The committee meets biannually to evaluate welfare schemes, programs, and reservation policy implementation.
The Adviser plays a pivotal role in overseeing welfare schemes, coordinating with associated cells (SC/ST Cell, GSCASH, NSS), and ensuring efficient operations. Comprehensive progress reports are submitted to the Principal after each review, maintaining transparency and accountability.
